I am a researcher at GiveWell. Prior to that, I received a PhD in economics at UCSD, where I focused on development economics, agricultural economics, and political economy.  Now I also do a lot of work on Malaria.

My job market paper uses an experiment to study the labor market impact of mechanization. 

Before UCSD, I worked at IDinsight. First, I worked as an associate in Lusaka, Zambia, and then I worked as a Junior Economist in New Delhi, India.
